How much are the donations for each wreath?
Although each wreath is a $15.00 donation we accept any amount
How do I volunteer?
And what can I/we do? If you are interested in the wreath
laying ceremony you simply need to be at the
Sarasota National Cemetery
on December 13, 2014 before the ceremony begins. There will be
signs posted with instructions.
I have a business, how can I get involved?
Email us! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and
we will be in touch with you shortly. Our small business and
corporate sponsors are very important to our success. We can
offer ideas and assistance to get your company involved.
I have a special request for a wreath to be placed at a loved
one’s site. How do I notify WAA – Sarasota?
On our sponsorship form there is an area to specify the
Veteran's name, burial section and burial site. Please make sure
all the information is correct and complete. We cannot
guarantee to mark this site if the information is wrong. You
can use the
National Grave Site Locator or
Sarasota National Cemetery.
All Special requests must be submitted with your donation and
received no later than December, 1st, 2014. All Special Requests
through Wreaths Across America – Sarasota are for wreaths to be
placed at the
Sarasota National Cemetery only.
When and Where is the 2014 Ceremony?
December 13, 2014 at the
Sarasota National Cemetery. The ceremony
starts at 9:30 a.m. followed by the wreath laying ceremony. Please arrive early.
How can I donate & where do I get a form?

How are wreaths placed on the columbariums?
The columbariums are honored with a wreath hung from each of its
support columns. Due to restrictions we cannot hang wreaths for
each vault. Please contact our office for specific questions.
